Originally founded as “Hillel Academy”, the Ottawa Jewish Community School (OJCS) has been a vital center for Jewish education in Ottawa for seventy-five years. The enduring success of our educational institution is a tribute to generations of students, teachers, families, clergy, supporters and community partners. OJCS is one of only 15 community day schools in all of North America to achieve this milestone…and certainly the oldest in a community the size of Ottawa. This is definitely a milestone worth celebrating together!
